Friends

1. Do you have a large group of friends or just a few close ones?

I’d say I’ve got a fairly wide circle of acquaintances, but only a handful of really close friends. To be honest, I prefer it that way. With a small group, it’s easier to be genuine and have deeper conversations, rather than spreading myself too thin trying to keep up with everyone.

2. How often do you see your friends?

It really depends on how hectic our schedules are, but I normally see my close friends at least once a week. We try to keep Sunday afternoons free for catching up. Even if we can’t meet in person, we’ll jump on a video call or send voice messages, just to stay in the loop with each other’s lives.

3. What do you usually do together with your friends?

We’re quite low-key, so we usually just hang out at someone’s place, cook a simple meal and chat for ages. Sometimes we go for a long walk by the river or check out a new café that’s opened nearby. What I enjoy most is that we don’t need anything fancy; just talking and laughing together is more than enough.

4. How did you meet your best friend?

I first met my best friend in secondary school, when we were randomly seated together in English class. At the beginning, we barely spoke, but we bonded over our shared love of books and terrible puns. Over time, group projects, exam stress and countless bus rides home kind of cemented our friendship.
